Hey there, I'm Joel.

I’m Joel Nathan Cimpean — a web developer from Germany who’s always had a thing for design and digital creativity.
Since I was a kid, I’ve loved creating things on the computer — from messing around with design and video editing to eventually writing code. That curiosity pushed me to explore different creative fields and teach myself new skills along the way.

My background is rooted in frontend development. I worked at Becklyn GmbH, where I got hands-on experience with technologies like React, Next.js, and TypeScript, learning how modern web applications are built and how to write clean, structured code.

At the same time, I always cared about how things look and feel. When working on my own projects, I naturally started paying more attention to layout, visual clarity, and good design.

Over time that interest pulled me deeper into modern web design and creative development. I discovered Framer and started building websites that combine clean design with solid technical foundations.

Since 2025, I’ve been working as a freelance web developer with Boldpeak, where I’ve already been able to work on several successful projects. Today I focus on building modern, functional websites that look good, feel right, and actually work well.
